You must provide requested documentation within 14 days of the request. Failure to complete KYC verification will result in Account restrictions, including inability to withdraw funds, place bets above certain thresholds, or claim promotional offers. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account username, password, and any other security credentials. You must not share your login information with any third party.
